For many years as a concession stand administrator and volunteer, we found that the process was not as efficient as it could be.  There was no great way to track sales, no great way to track inventory, challenges to get volunteers to sign up to help and there were always customers standing in long lines to place their food and drink order.  We always felt like we never moved fast enough to help them get back to the game quickly so they didn't miss important plays in the game. 

This is why we created Snack Shack App.  We needed a more efficient way to manager the sales, orders, inventories and keep the customers wait time down.  Let me tell you a little bit about us.

We are a family owned business based in Iowa, however we have family across the country.  We have a strong passion to help support school marching bands and school athletics.  We believe that kids develop great skills by participating in school programs of all types.  We are also big believers in teaching children how to be thriving adults by learning core business skills when volunteering in school concession stands such as customer service, how to count money back, how to fulfill orders, and how to commit to helping others while volunteering.
